1. Booking
Tourist planning to visit Bhutan require a visa and must book their trip through a registered travel company in Bhutan.

2. Documents required to process visa:
Kuenshey Tour processes the visa application on behalf of the tourist.
- Scanned copy of passport (with 6 months validity)
- Travel insurance
- Passport size photo
- Turnaround time for processing visa is 5 working days
- The Department of Immigration issues e-visa.
3. Tour Cost
The tour cost is inclusive of the following services:
- All cultural sightseeing;
- Accommodation and meals in 3 Star;
- Applicable entrance fees;
- Tourist standard transport;
- Professional guide and driver;
- Sustainable Development Fee of USD 100/day
- For Indian Tourist, the Sustainable Development Fee is Rs. 1,200/day
- Visa fees
- Bottled mineral water throughout the trip
The quoted rate does not include:
- Alcoholic and bottled beverages;
- Personal expenses;
- River rafting, hot stone bath, Horse/pony ride;
- Airfare (International and domestic flights)
- Accommodation in 4 and 5-star hotels
4. Concessions on SDF.
Guests are exempted from the levy of sustainable development fees for the following cases:
- Children aged 5 and under are exempt.
- Concessionary levy of 50% for children aged 6 to 12 years.
5. Tour Cancellation Policy
- No charge if cancelled within 45 days before the start of the tour Programme;
- 20% of the tour payment if cancelled within 30 days before the start of the tour Programme;
- 30% of the tour payment if cancelled within 21 days before the start of the tour Programme;
- 50% of the tour payment if cancelled within 14 days before the start of the tour Programme; and
- 100% of the tour payment charge if cancelled within 7 days or after the arrival tourist in Bhutan.
